Responsibilities
  • Provide wound care services to patients in long-term care facilities
  • Diagnose and treat wounds using advanced medical procedures
  • Collaborate with facility clinical staff to develop treatment plans
  • Communicate with patients and families to educate them on wound care and treatment options
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
  • MD, DO, PA, CRNP degree
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license
  • DEA license
  • Valid driver license
