Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and respectful customer service to patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.

  • Verify patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Perform front office duties, including filing and scanning medical documents and office forms.
Requirements
