As a Mobile Tire Service Specialist, you serve as an Ambassador for our brand and play a vital role in transforming the tire industry. General Overview
As a Mobile Tire Service Specialist, you will be constantly on the go, utilizing advanced mobile e-commerce technology to meet customers' tire requirements. Your responsibilities will include operating one of our state-of-the-art vans to serve clients at their residences and workplaces. Your role extends beyond tire installation; you will engage with customers and address any inquiries they may have regarding tires. No prior experience in tire installation? No problem We are eager to train you to become an integral part of our team, driving the most innovative method of purchasing tires.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Executing basic tire services (e.g., mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van to ensure the most convenient experience possible.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions, clarifying the installation process, and fully understanding the customer's needs.
- Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
- Collaborating as part of the Roll by Goodyear team alongside the store network and customer service.
- Enjoying daily independence on your route, safely driving the van between appointments, and representing Roll by Goodyear.
- Conducting proper safety checks during tire installations.
- Performing various manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting.
- Opportunity to travel to other cities for training or to receive additional training on new technologies and techniques.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- No relocation is offered for this position.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Previous tire installation experience (if not, we are happy to train you).
- High school diploma/GED.
- A passion for serving customers and delivering top-notch service in any situation.
- Ability to work independently, adhere to schedules, and enjoy problem-solving while being part of a larger Roll by Goodyear team.
- Clear communication skills, making every interaction with customers approachable, straightforward, and informative.
- Comfortable working with technology, including mobile applications and van tire changing equipment.
- Excellent time management skills, with flexibility knowing that your schedule may vary.
- This position requires the ability to read, comprehend, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Depending on location, our business may operate 7 days a week, which can include some weekends and holiday shifts.
