Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're looking for a talented individual to join our Retail Team of Experts as a Mobile Associate. As a brand ambassador, you'll be responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life and building energy and excitement around our products and services.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, using your passion for technology and customer service to drive sales and growth.

As a Mobile Associate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment, working with a team of experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to deliver seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate with a desire to build relationships and drive sales
