Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Financial Services Representative to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting clients with the breadth of financial solutions that our bank offers to help achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to build and deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best financial products and services to meet those needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions to meet their financial goals
- Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial services
- Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and make referrals to Line of Business partners
- Quote rates, terms, and programs for financial solutions
- Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction, leveraging available tools and resources
Requirements
