Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group classes for small groups.
  • Inspire and motivate clients during their stretching experiences.
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Enhance client retention and membership growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with studio tours and membership sales.
  • Maintain an active online presence to foster client engagement and retention.
  • Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for boutique fitness and wellness.
  • Interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Preferred backgrounds include:
    • Massage Therapy

    • Dance Instruction
