Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing time estimates for further repairs.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capacity to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and service protocols.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
