Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:
As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will be responsible for driving membership sales within the studio and leading a team of Sales Associates. You will provide excellent customer service, greet every guest with a smile, schedule appointments, answer the phone, and address any member concerns. You will also lead and coach your team, hold them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals, and drive member retention by following daily operation guides and providing consistent follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
