About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Sales Manager to join our team at Fun Town RV. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RV sales management
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of RV industry and market trends
