Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Guest Registration and Reservations: Register guests, make reservations, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
• Daily Reporting and Balancing: Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue, expenses, and other financial data.
• Security and Compliance: Conduct security walks, ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest requests, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
