Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate straight cutting equipment, including Perfecta and Polar machines, to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Job Preparation: Review job tickets and prepare equipment for production runs.
  • Team Collaboration: Train and assist colleagues in setting up and operating equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience operating straight cutting equipment, preferably with Perfecta and Polar machines.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to read and interpret documents, and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Color vision and color hue tests required.
