We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our production team in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams in manufacturing environments and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee work orders and issue directives to team members for equipment modifications, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with production and scheduling departments.
- Participate in hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
- Enforce plant rules, monitor attendance, and provide corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct safety inspections, examine tools/equipment, facilitate safety training, and prevent unsafe conditions or rule violations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Hot Work/Permits, and LSQ.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and interface with vendors/suppliers as needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory based on location.
- Foster a positive working environment and drive the Maintenance team to meet productivity targets and performance standards.
- Plan and coordinate equipment installation/removal.
- Ensure Maintenance employees are trained in all aspects of their jobs, including safety, quality, and production.
- Serve as backup to Maintenance Manager when unavailable.
- Associates Degree and/or technical school certification.
- Certified Electrician.
- At least one year of experience leading/supervising in a manufacturing operation.
- 7-10 years of experience in the trades, preferably Electrical, PLC, controls, mechanical, and/or HVAC.
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Strong organizational/planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to be a team player.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth and development within a diverse and forward-looking team.
