Position: Client Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $20 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer service operations, including processing freight work orders, scheduling shipments, invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Prepare bills of lading and related documentation for work orders.
  • Review all orders for specific requests and maintain inventory records.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing physical and cycle counts.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies with book records and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage urgent shipping requests in collaboration with the warehouse and other departments.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of account activities.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve any customer inventory issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in warehousing or related fields.
  • Availability to work weekends as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, time management, scheduling, and attention to detail skills.
  • At least one year of experience in processing orders, transactions, or requests.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Logistics, 3PL, or Warehousing setting.
