We're seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Planner to join our team at Nexgrill Industries Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us make informed decisions that drive sales and keep inventory running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delve into data from various sources to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Develop reports highlighting trends across platforms like Home Depot, Walmart, and e-commerce sites.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and ensure we have the necessary products.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and factory teams to adjust supply plans.
  • Utilize market trends and historical data to inform future planning, particularly for new product launches and promotions.
  • Serve as a valuable resource for the Sales team, aligning sales plans with our overall strategy.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for SQL knowledge).
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with consumer products data, especially with big-box retailers like Home Depot or Walmart.
