Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Effectively communicate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food service.
  • Manage food orders, conveying them to the cook's station and delivering food to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized serving section, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Process customer payments, handling money and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Complete prepping and cleaning duties, including bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and walls.
  • Address customer service complaints and safety concerns promptly, bringing them to the attention of the manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff.
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to work during scheduled shifts.

Compensation: $2.13 - $4.00 per hour
