Key Responsibilities:- Prepare supplies and labels for packaging
- Operate overhead crane to move cheese from one area to another
- Fill cartons of cheese with packaged product
- Perform sanitation duties, including assembling and disassembling equipment
- Monitor machine operation and perform QA checks
- Stack loaves of cheese into totes and seal with Cryovac machine
- Minimum 40 work hours expected per week during company operating hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical plant environment may be cool, warm, wet, and moderately noisy
- Must maintain high degree of personal hygiene and meet physical demands of the job
- Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures
- Must be honest, dependable, and a team worker
- HS diploma or equivalent desired, but not required
- Food plant experience helpful
