We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to deliver individualized support to clients in their residences. If you possess a caring nature, excel in fostering connections, and are meticulous and organized, this position may be ideal for you. Excellent communication abilities and prior experience in home health or hospice care are advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Provide personal care and help with household duties
  • Document observations and maintain accurate records
  • Engage clients in activities that enhance mental well-being
  • Administer medications and perform additional tasks as needed
