Personal Care Assistant for Seniors

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes. As a Caregiver for HomeWell Care Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field, with a focus on elderly or disabled care.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring trust and confidence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary certifications, such as CPR and First Aid.
