- Perform in-depth investigations of unregulated child care facilities.
- Proactively identify unregulated operations and facilitate complex investigations.
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote awareness and compliance.
- Engage with state agency personnel, stakeholders, and the general public.
Essential Duties:
- Initiate and oversee investigations of unregulated child care providers.
- Monitor high-risk operations and assess new applications for compliance.
- Prepare exemption requests and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage complaints, incidents, and emergency situations effectively.
- Deliver training and technical support to child care service providers.
- Gather and disseminate information regarding child care operations to the public.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in regulatory compliance with relevant laws and policies.
