Key Responsibilities- Provide supportive counseling and rehabilitation skills to clients, including teaching daily living skills, medication management, and coping skills.
- Develop and implement recreation activities for socialization and stress reduction.
- Maintain a healthy and clean environment for clients, ensuring they complete their chores correctly and assisting with cleaning activities as needed.
- College classes in human services, BA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to help others.
- Valid and insurable driver's license.
- Experience working with people who have a diagnosis of mental illness or other human service experience.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- $20.50/hour; $42,640.00/annual equivalent.
- Excellent benefits, staff training, generous paid time off, and 30-minute paid meal break.
