POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Customer Service Specialist for CLUB Members delivers exceptional service to our guests while highlighting the advantages of becoming a CLUB Member.
This role requires the Outfitter to be well-versed in product knowledge while executing account management and various CLUB processes, including onboarding and activating new members, driving CLUB sales, enhancing customer experiences, coaching peers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upholds a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for all patrons.
Actively engages with customers, presenting them with the opportunity to join the Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB or offering current members a distinctive and exclusive experience.
Implements all operational and compliance initiatives related to Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB.Showcases products to customers.
Stays informed about promotional sales.
Aims to achieve personal and store performance metrics.
Maintains accurate CLUB inventory and ensures the CLUB Booth is tidy and organized.
Delivers a comprehensive CLUB Member experience, including payment processing, addressing account inquiries, and managing applications.
Submits daily feedback and reports promptly and accurately.
Provides peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
Offers assistance across all store areas based on business needs.

EXPERIENCE/
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a customer service setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative while working independently.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Stand and/or walk during shifts to assist customers on the sales floor.
Ability to hear well enough to communicate effectively with others.
Frequently perform repetitive motions that may involve the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Regularly assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned tasks.
Light physical work, including lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Occasionally climb or descend ladders, stairs, and step stools.
Occasionally work in environments with elevated noise levels.
INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT:
Performs tasks under general supervision, utilizing established procedures and innovative thinking. Selects from limited options to resolve issues. Occasionally exercises independent judgment to complete assignments and often recommends improvements to work procedures, policies, and practices.
