Clinical Exercise Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Exercise Specialist ACSM to join our cardiac rehabilitation team at FirstHealth of the Carolinas. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized exercise programs that promote optimal health outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement exercise prescriptions for cardiac rehab patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Provide patient education and support
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
- Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine
- Minimum of two years experience in cardiac rehabilitation
Estimated Salary Range: $78,000 - $100,000 per year
