Job Summary:

The Commercial Lines Sales Producer is a seasoned insurance professional responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new potential clients through internal and external referrals. As a consultant to clients, you will analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet their goals and protect their assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consultatively partnering with clients to understand their needs and provide the best and most comprehensive coverage.
  • Conducting thorough coverage and exposure reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide education on adequate coverage.
  • Reviewing renewal considerations and working with carriers and marketing to determine the best options for the client.
  • Providing excellent service to an assigned book of business, taking time to build relationships with each account.
  • Staying current with insurance companies relative to underwriting guidelines, available premium saving credits, technology platforms, etc.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years of individual P&C sales experience
  • Property / Casualty license required
