Job Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities. This includes:

  • Providing nursing care to residents in a safe and compassionate manner.
  • Following and adhering to care plans for residents.
  • Checking vital signs and providing regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observing residents' conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Keeping residents' living areas clean and sanitary.
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors to address their concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • An understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
