Nurse - Renal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. as a Renal Care Specialist. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient health.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
- Conduct regular patient assessments, including vital sign monitoring and laboratory results analysis, to identify potential health issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
- Current RN licensure and certification in nephrology nursing (CNN) or dialysis nursing (CDN) preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
