At Innovative Renal Care, our Registered Nurses are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care to individuals facing the advanced stages of chronic kidney disease, specifically End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This role emphasizes the importance of building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ESRD.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and self-care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be considered.
- Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
- Compliance with all relevant state and licensing regulations.
- Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $52, based on experience and qualifications.
