Job Summary
Tower Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Surgery Team Leader to lead our Pediatric General Surgery team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric surgery and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our Level One Pediatric Trauma Center
- Participate in clinical program development and research
- Contribute to resident and medical student education
- Lead our historic ACGME accredited Fellowship in Pediatric Surgery

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited two-year fellowship in Pediatric Surgery
- Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery
- Hold or be eligible for an unrestricted and unchallenged license to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
