Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our team at the University of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach pediatric ophthalmology fellows, ophthalmology and pediatric residents, and medical students.
  • Conduct clinical and surgical activity at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Manage medical and surgical cases of newborn, pediatric, and adolescent patients.
  • Participate in outpatient clinics and outpatient surgery at CHOP Ambulatory Specialty Centers and Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the Philadelphia region.

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree.
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Glaucoma or 5+ years of clinical experience treating complex pediatric glaucoma.
  • Ability to work extended evening hours and/or weekend sessions and on-call responsibilities.
