Summary:

The Center Operations Manager oversees the administrative management of all levels of ABA Therapists within the Verbal Beginnings Center.

Center Operations Managers act as ongoing support, resources, and mentors to foster the professional and personal growth of all levels of ABA Therapists.

They collaborate closely with administrative and clinical staff at Verbal Beginnings, embodying our Pledge of Care and VB Pack Values:

Responsibilities:

As a Center Operations Manager, you will:
Review daily appointments of direct reports to ensure accuracy in times, clients, and immediate session conversions.

Conduct regular check-ins with all direct reports.

Coordinate team coverage as necessary.

Act as an ambassador for company culture; promote, encourage, and engage in company values.

Collaborate with Office Coordinators to organize monthly events for staff and families.

Work alongside other Center Operations Managers and administrative staff to enhance the effective daily operations of the Center.

Handle all day-of callouts, notify relevant team members, and conduct midday check-ins for therapists.

Oversee timesheets for all staff on assigned teams.

Ensure compliance of all direct reports with applicable certifications.

Monitor therapist office hours to ensure productivity (e.g., current LMS, Case Management tasks, etc.).

Develop and engage in employee engagement activities across teams.

Assist in preparing performance evaluations and feedback for all staff under direct supervision in accordance with VBC policies and procedures.


Adhere to and uphold all company policies as outlined in the Employment Handbook, Center Operations Manager Manual, and Center Policies documents.


Qualifications:

About You:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience with large teams in the human services sector.

Basic knowledge and prior experience with incident prevention and management concerning workplace safety.

Strong leadership abilities and capacity to motivate and guide a clinical team.

Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy is preferred.
