About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study and 5+ years of experience as a manager in a dairy/butter plant with a union workforce.

  • They will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality product, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new hires, provide continuous training, conduct performance reviews, and offer ongoing coaching.

  • Provide operational leadership, set daily/weekly objectives, and minimize unnecessary costs.

Requirements:

  • Software proficiency in general business functions, management systems, and supply chain activities.

  • Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans.
