We are seeking a dedicated Field Canvassing Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team at ELITE LEADS INC. This role is essential for assessing new canvassers, providing outdoor training, and mentoring your team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate lead-generating representatives in outdoor settings.
  • Evaluate team member performance and activities.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness and satisfaction levels of each field representative.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support and mentor new lead-generating representatives.
  • Commit to working 25-35 hours weekly.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols as outlined by relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in outdoor marketing, door-to-door sales, B2B interactions, customer service, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly base pay, along with bonuses and overrides. The expected income is $100,000.00+.
