Job Title: Lead Dispatcher Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Lead Dispatcher Supervisor at Hart to Hart Ambulance Service Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. This role ensures that the service operates safely, efficiently, and on-time, providing the best customer service experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple crews to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Ensure the appropriate level of service is provided.
  • Maintain communication with facilities/patients to ensure up-to-date information regarding patient transportation.
  • Accurately complete documentation and ancillary forms.
  • Assist facilities with mediation of transport issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of prior para-transit dispatch/logistics experience.
  • 1 year of Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced work setting, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the service area.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., and knowledge of current operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to respond to stressful situations and customers in a professional, courteous manner and effectively prioritize assignments to meet long-term and short-term deadlines.
  • Ability to draft reports, document findings, and procedures, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, ability to work a flexible schedule, including working various shifts, weekends, holidays, and split days off.
