Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with our medical team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure efficient and safe patient flow, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
