SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial and office spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming and Mopping: Maintain a clean and tidy environment by vacuuming and mopping floors as needed.
  • Extraction and Carpet Spot Removal: Use wet and dry extraction methods to remove dirt and stains from carpets and floors.
  • Furniture Movement: Move furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure their expectations are met and to report any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Floor Technician or in a related field.
  • Janitorial Experience: Experience in the janitorial industry is required.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Custodial Experience: Experience in custodial work is preferred.

Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Compensation: $7.25 - $16.00 per hour
