Key Responsibilities:
The Information Technology Project Manager will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specified requirements.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through feedback integration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned IT projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and scope requirements.
  • Establish and monitor project milestones; address unforeseen delays and adjust schedules and expectations as necessary.
  • Develop and implement project communication strategies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize relevant information and trends to prepare comprehensive project status reports.
  • Organize and manage all project phases to guarantee timely completion.
  • Create and execute project plans that optimize IT systems and address both current and future organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Management:
Supervise vendor activities related to technology system modifications and promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in systems and processes. Work closely with the technology team to ensure data security across all platforms.

Thought Leadership:
Drive process and technology enhancements throughout the organization, ensuring optimal system efficiency and improved data security and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT management, risk management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple IT projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience implementing systems improvements within an organization.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to generate reports to support strategic recommendations.
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about public health and a commitment to advancing health equity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or other relevant credentials.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing vendor relationships.
