Key Responsibilities- Design and review facility designs for compliance with local, state, and federal codes
- Use engineering skills to transform DoD weapons testing infrastructure
- Support the modernization of facilities, energy, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with our team to rise to the challenge of the changing landscape around weapons testing
- 7+ years of experience working in design in a professional environment
- Experience reviewing facility designs for compliance with processes and permitting those designs through construction
- Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NFPA, ANSI, ASCE, and civil and environmental systems industry standards
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
- Experience in engineering with MEP construction drawing sets
- Knowledge of civil and environmental compliance within an energetic manufacturing environment
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineering Certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
CompensationAt Booz Allen, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
