Job Title: Senior Project Manager

APX Construction Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects to success.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, cost breakdowns, risk analysis, and budgeting.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.
