Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our FFG PMO team at Fincantieri Marinette Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising change orders, providing technical leadership, and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute change management schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate scoping information from Engineering to identify potential impacts on proposed changes
  • Verify and validate Engineering and ILS impacts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Lead the PMO Change team in compiling ECP packages and ensuring timely submission
  • Represent PMO at internal and external change coordination meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of broad-based ship design experience or equivalent technical background
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and analyze program metrics
  • Cost, schedule, and project management skills
