Key Responsibilities- Set up equipment accurately and safely, adhering to proper techniques and procedures.
- Inspect tooling before and after use to identify and address any necessary repairs.
- Minimize material waste and optimize equipment utilization to maximize production efficiency.
- Assist Machine Operators in the operation of machines, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Submit maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs and maintenance.
- Perform daily and weekly equipment clean-ups to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing production schedules to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
- Conduct continuous quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year minimum relevant experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.
