Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Kids for the Future. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children with developmental delays and special needs reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech therapy evaluations for patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech pathology treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions and provide ongoing support to patients and their families.
  • Assist with completion of documentation related to speech therapy evaluations and therapy.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association (ASHA) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Prefer at least one year's experience working with infants/toddlers and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs.
Environmental Conditions:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
  • Ability to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
