Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Speech Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing challenges with speech, language, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred for speech and language therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication abilities.
  • Guide patients in improving their vocal skills and overall language proficiency.
  • Assist individuals in strengthening oral motor skills and utilizing strategies for safe swallowing.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Possession of a current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create effective care plans.
  • Ability to assess patient needs and adjust therapy approaches to meet specific goals.
  • SLP-CCC certification is required.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 IEP students and additional students receiving support.
