Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler Nozzle Specialist to join our team. As an Assembler Nozzle Specialist, you will be responsible for completing large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.
  • Read and follow standard work instructions.
  • Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity, including quality, parts supply, and safety issues.
  • Complete all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell.
  • Attend all required training.
  • Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
  • Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels.
  • Participate in all required continuous improvement activities.
  • Keep work station clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
  • Actively participate in all department projects, tasks, and objectives.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards.
  • Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Adhere to all required company policies.
  • Must be able to work all scheduled hours and work overtime as mandated by the business.
  • Must be willing and able to adhere to plant safety policies.
  • Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as required by the business.
  • Read and follow standard work instructions.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds of weight on a repetitive basis.
  • Must be able to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and work in weather extremes.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
