As the face of The Lumen Room, you will embody our commitment to exceptional service and community connection. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all spaces are immaculate, with attention to detail in maintaining furniture and decor.
  • Managing smooth transitions during guest changeovers, ensuring that all visitors feel welcomed and valued.
  • Fostering relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal community.
  • Handling merchandise and refreshments, contributing to a positive guest experience.
  • Opening and closing duties, including addressing any immediate repairs or needs.
  • Gathering guest feedback to enhance our services and offerings.
  • Documenting guest experiences through behind-the-scenes content.
  • Participating in local events to promote our brand and engage with the community.

Who You Are

You possess a strong emotional intelligence and excel in communication, finding fulfillment in helping others. Your self-motivation drives you to take initiative and contribute to our mission. You approach your work with enthusiasm and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with basic tools and maintenance tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, startups, or sales is advantageous.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities
