Radiology Tech Student PRN Position

Colleton Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Tech Student PRN to join our team. As a Radiology Tech Student PRN, you will assist in and perform diagnostic procedures as outlined by the Radiologist protocol.
Key Responsibilities- Operate diagnostic equipment, process images, and prepare room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures, under the supervision of Radiologic Technologist.
- Perform clerical, transportation, cleaning, and other duties as deemed necessary by the Medical Imaging Management Team.
- Follow Radiation Protection Program, including ALARA, and regulatory compliance for DHEC, Joint Commission, ACR, and other governing agencies.
- May include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor.
- Attending an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology with at least 90 days of clinical experience.
- S.C.R.Q.S.A Temporary Radiography License, Registry eligible within 12 months.
- BLS Upon hire - American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
