Job Description
The primary responsibility of our Dishwashers is to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout their assigned area of responsibility. This includes setting up, operating, and cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment, as well as sanitizing food service and preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas.
  • Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery and equipment.
  • Sanitize food service and preparation areas.
  • Scrape and spray dishes before washing.
  • Rack china and glassware according to dish room standards.
  • Ensure all ware is clean and sanitary before removing from dish room areas.
  • Take out trash as needed.
  • Sweep debris from floors and maintain dry conditions.
  • Practice proper food handling procedures.
  • Separate and store ware properly.
  • Maintain equipment quality through preventative maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful as a Dishwasher at XRG, you will need to possess a High School Diploma, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, and a valid Driver's License. You should also have proper lifting techniques, guest relations skills, and ability to communicate effectively in English.
