Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at AdventHealth Parker. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leadership to production and kitchen staff.
• Ensure all recipes, food preparation, and presentations meet high quality specifications.
• Conduct purchasing and inventory duties within contract agreement.
• Cook all foods according to standardized recipes.
• Prepare food items according to patient specific restrictions and established schedules.
• Maintain adequate supply of hot and cold items required for cafeteria, patient, and unit stocking.
• Prepare food for institutional functions, both standard and special.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of previous healthcare or commercial cooking experience.
