Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to work at JobRialto.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient progress, identifying changes in medical conditions, and delivering updates to doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient progress and identify any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
  • Deliver regular updates to doctors and patients about their treatment plan and progress.
  • Begins treatment and monitors medication doses.
  • Responds to medical emergencies and alerts the appropriate doctors if necessary.
  • Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
  • Maintains accurate patient records.
  • Develops effective care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination, RRT licensure, and EPIC EMR experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: RRT License, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
