$105,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Coordinating transfers, discharges, and admissions
  • Providing education and support to patients and families

You will work closely with our experienced ICU team to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant impact on our patients' lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and BSN degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
