About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, injections, and immunizations.
  • Assist licensed providers with medical procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.
  • Update electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training programs, enhancing knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, OSHA recommendations, and Variety Care policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant Certificate or LPN License preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills essential.
  • Demonstrate ability to obtain and record accurate information, using electronic medical records software.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and typing.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
