We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Inspector to join our team at Actalent. As a Specialized Expert, you will provide strategic and operational support to service center managers, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform special inspections and testing as assigned, maintaining current certifications and adhering to industry standards.
  • Fill out report forms for all inspections and testing performed, submitting them at the end of each shift.
  • Take care of vehicle maintenance and complete monthly vehicle reports, ensuring our equipment is in top condition.
  • Observe and assist with training and reports for technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Perform ACI Level 1 testing as needed, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Perform compaction testing as needed, maintaining the integrity of our construction projects.
Requirements
  • ICC Reinforced Concrete certification
  • Structural Masonry certification
  • ACI Level II certification
  • State of Utah DOPL license
  • Valid drivers license
  • Good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Capability and desire to become certified for ICC Prestressed Concrete Special Inspector
  • Capability and desire to become certified for Spray Applied Fire Proofing
  • Capability and desire to become certified for Structural Steel/Bolting
